If you are getting the FAST 102, I would get a 102mm TB otherwise you will be hurting airflow. For the cam I would message a place that sells cams, like Texas Speed or Vengeance Racing and tell them your goals and they can steer you in the right direction.

The cam itself usually range from 350-399. But there are other stuff you should upgrade too. Like a bigger stall if you are an a4 or a better clutch if m6. You are also going to want to upgrade valve springs, spring seats and retainers at the minimum. If it were me I would also upgrade the timing chain and oil pump. Just google "Texas Speed" or "Vengeance Racing" they both sell cams but I prefer Vengeance Racing. They seem much more knowledgeable and helpful not to mention they responded to my emails quickly. Texas Speed did not even respond.
