looking for some heads but need info!

right now i'm trying to find some 243 heads, but i don't want to spend over 800, i mean, i will if i absolutely have to, but do NOT want to. but i'm curious, what is the biggest cam i can go with? i have a 3200 stall and 4:10 gears, i would like to stay in the middle of the low end/high end.. seeing that i'm going to be driving it a lot. can anyone help?

(if someone knows anyone selling some heads, PLEASE let me know!)

If you are looking for 243 heads for that price then Ebay is a good location to start. You can also search the Parts for Sale section here but its kinda rare to see them up for sale since tons of people are using them.

As for the biggest cam, thats a question which really can't be answered due to all the circumstances around it. Stock mill for the 243's is 64.47cc which can fit a MS3 (I know of for sure) I am running a slight mill of 64cc and have a TV2. I know of a member with a TV2 running a 59cc mill. You should measure the PTV (Piston to Valve) clearence if you have any doubts.

Man: The Mods you are fighting,
they are the biggest Men I have ever seen. I
    wouldn't want to fight them!

Just remember, biggest cam doesn't always equal the most power. A cam should be selected based on the other componants in your car, plus the goals for it. I can't tell you how many cars I've seen that have a nasty cam in them, but don't perform, because it isn't matched to the rest of the mods.
