If you have 806's that means you have perimeter bolt valve covers and the coils mount individually. Not a cheap swap from centerbolt 241's w/coil brakets.

so will I have to get new coils? Or do I just need the brackets to mount them on?

You'll need Brackets and obviously `99+ centerbolt valvecovers.
I still can't see someone swappin out to early 98 heads when the `99 and later heads are more readily available.
On a side note why are you swapping out the heads anyway ?
The theory of the inferior 98 heads is a myth. The 806 heads may not have the same flow numbers as the later heads due to the different casting method, but it isn't enough to show a power difference.

I thought it would make a big difference? Is it really a myth?

yeah, just search for the flow numbers. they were cast different, but the flow is almost the same. the 241 heads flowed a little better, but when ported they were equal. if you want to go through the trouble of swapping heads then go for some 243s.

I have a set of 241 heads off of my 2002 Z that I will give to you for $100 shipped..
    38,000 miles on them..

with the time and work involved, ect you would really be better off getting a set of worked 243 heads off of Gunnar at Patriot performance though...

If seriously interested, I may sell it for $500 plus shipping. If not make an offer but i will not go down by much.I paid $625.00 plus shipping when i bought this about a year ago. I may still use it if i don't decide to sell. Had 3 angle valve job, dual coil manley springs capable of .650 lift, titanium retainers, etc... The head came off a 03 ZO6 only had 1500 miles on, it is not ported. If want to see the photos, e mail me ur e mail address. However there is minor blemishes to the titanium retainers & one head. some of the titanium retainers has a minor nicks from shipping, just minor cosmetic nothing that would affect the performance or function of the part. The person i bought it from didn't put a good divider between the heads to keep it from touching the retainers. One cylinder head a small dent on the side causing tiny high spot on the top where the valve cover goes on. All u have to do is to take a DA and sand it down. Because of this I will go down just a little on the price but not much.Anyway let me know if u are interested & i can send you photos to look at.
