whats up guys i have a 01 Z m6 with 106k on her and am lookin for opinons on what i should do it is my daily driver and i was thinking about getting some afr heads a decent cam and some boost was wondering what you guys would say what the best way would be to go wanting some where around 600rwhp!!! STS was the turbo kit i have been looking at

600 RWHP I am assuming. That is a pretty tall order for a DD. A turbo is the only way you will get there and still be able to maintain DD status. But everybodies conception of driveability is different. Some more conservative than others.

I would go with min of 400 ci. Low compression ~8.5:1, 230-234 on 114 cam, good flowing heads (which ones is dependent of which block you use). Methonal injection for when you really want to crank up the boost.

This is extremely basic, there is so much more involved when you run FI, as to NA when building the engine to withstand high amounts of boost.

The trans should have no problem taking it, but the clutch is a must have. 10 bolt will have a very short life behind this kind of power on a M6.
