I was just thinking, what if I run the rocker bolts in hand tight and get the engine to start? Or will that potentially strip my threads in the head or rocker bolts? If I run the rockers down to 22ft lbs and crank it to try to get it to start is there a chance of hitting the valves on the pistons or bending pushrods? Thanks for the help.

Thanks Cutlass for the help! I got it! Cranked the bolts in hand tight and started it and ran the rocker bolts in slowly to get pressure on them and kept working my way around then left it sit for the time the snap on man was here then cranked one side down to 22ft lbs and started it then did the other and started it and I'm golden. Thanks everyone for ideas and suggestions, Cutlass especially!
