Black on Black- 2000 Trans Am M6
I've got enough money for all this what u think?
-The Head, cam, and rockers package from ws6store.com
-new pushrods
-new timing chain
-160 degree thermo
-LS6 Intake
-Pacesetter longtubes and y-pipe
-catback
-new torque converter
-3.73 gears
what do you think this package will produce in horsepower with a good tune?
Any suggestions would be appreciated also my car has 94,000 on it but not driven too hard. can it handle the tune?
Thanks

Damn bro...thats some serious modding you have in store for your car
The heads/cam/valvetrain package alone should net you 400+HP. With the intake, longtubes, catback, and tune, you should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 Horsepower.
With the 3.73's and a TC, your car is going to be an animal!!

Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Camaro SS M6
First of all, do you have the title, or does the bank/finance company? If you do not own it, I would pay it off before doing any serious modding.
With those mods, the 450 HP range is reasonable.

what cam are you getting, that will clue us in on how much power you will make. a 224 cam, ls6 intake, heads, tune and headers are good for about 100 rwhp.
bigger the cam, the more power you can make.
what size stall are you going to use, match it to the cam.
along with the stall, youll need a trans oil cooler and shift kit.2000 nhra edition formula
a few bolt ons, 379 rwhp

yeah its paid off we traded a 97 firebird for it then paid the rest in cash. the head and cam package comes from the ws6store.com but they give two choices for sizes. If someone would get on there and check for me and give me some suggestions which size to choose would be great. Also any suggs on the stall size?
Thanks

youll also need new springs and hardened push rods.
above combo will be very streetable with a tune.
youll have over 400 to the rear with above.

Hmmmm...with that kind of mileage and not knowing how the car was treated prior to the purchase....If it were me and I planned to do all that modification...Id spend a few extra bucks, pull the motor and rebuild it. IMO, no sence spending big money just to spin a bearing down the line.
Just my $ .03'06 M6 GTO (Redrum)

I would suggest not getting a y pipe and do tue duals. A yank 3600 or 4000 stall should be good.
