Interchange?
My son blew the bottom end out of his zz4. WIll the heads, intake and cam go into a 1984 350 block?
Thanks for your advice.

Heads and intake will work...cam may not.
ZZ4 engine is built in a block designed for the hydraulic roller cam. Usually you can use a retro-fit hydaulic roller cam in the older blocks, but I don't think the factory hydraulic roller cam will fit.
Retro-fits usually have a cam button to maintain proper thrust. The hydraulic roller block should use a cam thrust plate.Hammer - hammertime.us
