    Intake and Throttle Body Recommendation

    First off, this is my first post to the LS1.com forum and I want to say hello! I am restoring a 1978 Datsun 280Z, and will install a 1999 C5 LS1 and Fbody T56 transmission into it. I have all the machine work done to the block and new forged pistons are installed. I have Patriot Stage II heads (64 cc) and Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft - 224/224 .563/.563 114 LSA. Yella Terra Rockers. I have not purchased my intake at this point in time but I am ready to. I want my 280Z to be drive by wire and thus my confusion. What aftermarket intake/electronic throttle body combination would work best for an LS1 drive by wire street setup? I have researched this but have yet to get a clear picture of exactly what I need to make it all work properly. I dont have the PCM unit or electronic gas pedal. Thanks

    People love the FAST 90/90 setups (90mm Intake & TB)...
    Try the "EXTERNAL engine" section man.

    Sorry for posting to the incorrect section. The FAST website says that the LSx FAST Throttle bodies are cable only drive with throttle feeback position sensor. This was part of my reason for origianally posting as I cant seem to find what electronic TB would work best with the FAST intake.

    No not yet but I will next week. I have just looked at the FAST website information.
