intake mounting holes in cylinder head
Need to repair threads in one of the intake mounting holes in driver side cyl head. Plan to do so with a helicoil. The mounting holes are thru holes into what I assume is either the oil passage or coolant passage of the head. Please advise as to whether its an oil or coolant passage. Want to repair the head with it installed on the motor. Don't want to risk getting chips in an oil passage. Will remove the head to do the repair if it is an oil passage. Any info is helpful.
