most of the aftermarket places are using stock heads and porting them. AFR and the new Patriot heads are new heads.

why not go with patriot, you can tell them what you want and hell sell you only what you need. and youll get a good price, plus youll get better flow than stock ported.

    patriot sells ported stock heads.

to answer semperfiws6 question is you can try and go into a machine shop and tell them to port your heads to 224cc intake runners, 80cc exhaust runners and make your chambers 63cc. whether they can do that and have it flow correctly is up in the air.

thanks mrr23. would they be able to tell me if it would flow correctly after ported, or would it be a shot in the dark?

if the place that ports the heads has a flowbench, then you can get the specs of it.
