How do I find the specs on a cam?

Im trying to find out how i can get the specs on a cam I bought awhile back. Its for 98-02 LS1, I took it to SpeedTech and they told me the lift on it was 586/595. He told me that they sell that cam in their store for 400-450 so i started asking 200 for it but everyone wanted to know more about it, i dunno who even makes it. Need some help!!!

Are there any numbers on the very end of of the cam? Like a part #? Some cams also have the size stamped on the end.

If not, the only other way to find out the specs is to put it on a Cam Doctor, which will tell exactly to the T what specs it is.
