    Hotcam

Hi i just got a hotcam for my camaro , can i get your opinion`s on this cam . It pulls pretty hard in the top , but i have never driven in a z28 with annything besides this cam .
I was also thinking about buying heads , so your info would be great.

the hotcam isnt all to popular because there are other cams out there that will make more power and you will have good streetabilty with them.

as for heads, patriots and good heads for the money.
you should also get a dyno tune.

Do you have longtube headers? Is your car an auto or M6? 340 rwhp is very low if you have an M6.

Yeah, didn't think of that. Auto? Mustang dyno? Problem? My friend dyno'd 385 rwhp(not mustang dyno), with the hotcam, SLP longtubes, LS6 intake, cutout and 3.42's.

The car is a m6 with longtubes . the numbers do seem very low from what i see posted here . But i thought because it was untuned , Tuning is very hard here , i live on a small eiland of the coast of venezuela.
One thing that was wierd when the car got to 5500 rpm on the dyno, the graf on the screen spiked, they told i could be because it could be running lean or maybey the timing is not correct. But the car rides just fine exept below 1500 rpm , could this be the problem?
