Help point me in the right direction to run a ms3

Im building a 69 camaro and just picked up a ls1 and 4l60e.
After reading on here and ls1tech I have decided to run the ms3, but would like recommendations on what lifters, springs and injectors to run?
Also how big of a converter with that cam (I am planning on running a shift kit too).
I think i was reading about about people upgrading to ls7 valve train would that work?

    See signature.

at least 3400 stall I would say.
stock injectors I thought can handle that cam just needs good tuning.
springs def. need dual springs capable of .650 + lifts
just hardened chromemoly pushrods 7.400 should be fine with stock unmilled heads.

stock low mileage lifters should be fine, plus the extra work pulling heads I wouldnt swap lifter unless that engine has some mileage on it.

    what year ls1?

Shouldn't need injectors, and what he said for the rest

I personally would swap injectors. If you have 28#'s you'd probably be fine but I bet your duty cycle would be maxed out. I would imagine that this won't be where you stop mod wise so go ahead and do the stuff you can now. Plan to do heads anytime soon? If so wait for lifters and do it then. I'd run patriot gold valve springs and make sure you throw in some hardened pushrods.
    I wouldn't run a stall less than 3500. Don't forget a good tranny cooler.

I will prob stay with stock bottom end and maybe stock heads for a while. I want to prob run a ls6 intake,ms3 and do some other bolt on's for now. What size and brand injectors should i run?
