    Help

I changed my oil today and found a problem. On the end of my oil drain plug I found fine metal shavings along with a bigger piece of metal. I know the fine metal shavings are normal, but I never seen metal this big on the drain plug. It was about an 1/8 inch long and looked like it broke off something round. The car still runs great, I'm worried about some internal damange. Any ideas?

It could be that. Could it also be a piece of lock washer or the seat for the valves.

ah, 1/8 LONG... that could be many things. The question is...

How bad do you wanna know? Now that I read further into it, pretty vague description... Take a Kodac Moment of the said piece and post it for all to see.
