4991 or 4941 TR224/227 114 cam.

This is the cam i am thinking about buying from someone. He also bought it used and didn't get a cam card. the serial number is either 4991 or 4941, the third digit is hard to read.

if anyone has more specs on this cam let me know, also i just bought used ls6 heads off an 07 vette so i am trying to find a good head and cam combo that will get me into the 11.5's or close to it.
