Oh ok, so between the intake man/tb/afr heads you got 50 hp.. i was gonna say 50 hp from the heads seemed like a lot

Anyway, I'm still unclear on what setup I want to run.. so many options out there.

LOL would be godlike heads if they netted that much!!!! Yea the fast 90/90 replaced the ls6 that came with the car....

And yea there are many options out there... Pick the one that best suits your budget and never mind about bragging rights that you have or dotn have the best parts who gives a shit just as long as everything works together and you dont spend an arm and a leg getting it i'm sure it will make you happy...

Very true very true, the best thing to do in my opinion is to call one of these company's and tell them what you want out of your car and see what they tell you to do..

if you have deep enough pockets go afr heads 225cc and run the magic stick 4 camshaft and there will be around or more than 100 hp gain and strap some headers to that and you could have 140hp gain...

yeah i wasn't really wanting to spend 2500 on the afr's.. i know they're better and they will give better numbers but i don't know if it will be worth it in my situation to spend the extra 1000

[QUOTE=M-Ten;1271665]Ok what do you guys think.. I called up TSP and talked to John, I told him that the car was a DD and wanted to hear is recommendation on cam/head setup...

He said either the 228 or the Torquer v.2 with the Stage 2.5 5.3 heads.. QUOTE]

I too subscribe to the "symetry" concept and feel that big cam + high flowing heads does not always = more power. I think some folks are disappointed with power numbers b/c they blindly match parts based on others experience instead of looking at the intk/exh flow differential of a given head and then matching a corresponding cam for what they want to do with the car.

well i personally called TSP and told them what i wanted, and what my setup was and either way, people need to call the manufactures of the products to get the best idea of what to run.....

But I AM ordering some 4.10's probably on monday, so those will keep me busy while I'm deciding/saving up for the intake man/tb/heads/cam.
