    Angry Head Gasket Questions!!!!!!!!

I am the owner of a 1998 camaro ss with patriod heads, pushrods, cam and springs. if the car smokes a little under heavy acceleration, does it generally mean that my head gasket is blown??????

not usually. how many miles are on the car? generally smoke under accell is past the rings. if the car has long miles and you put on fresh heads the rings are the weak point now. the ls1 engines are assembled with a very fine, almost mirror like, hone job and low tension rings which tend to allow oil past anyway.

Not at all, it could be many things, the simplest being that the car is simply too rich. Do you have a wideband o2 sensor or have you had the car tuned?
