A4 or M6? If I remember correctly it about %15 loss on an A4 and about 13% on a M6. But then again they are still rough estimates.

I've got a M6. What do you think with an older vette with a 4-speed?

i thought it was 17%-19% for a m6 and 21%-23% for an auto

I don't think so but then it also depends on whether you have a stock rear or a heavy 9" or 12 bolt. As far as the "older vette with a 4-speed" it is hard to say. The % of drive line loss changes from car to car and manufacturers. I remember reading an article that compare a chevy setup versus ford and the ford experience a higher amount of drive line loss. But unless you take an engine dyno it then dyno it again installed it is all guessing.

also if a person has a stall, that eats away at power.
