    Dont Hate me

But i found this on craigs list and dont really know much about it

    this is the OP listing

For those who are looking to convert there LS1 to a solid roller this is for you. Here's what you get. All parts are brand new except the camshaft. The camshaft has only 16 drag stripe passes on it.
    -Ferrea F2300P= Exhaust Valve 1600X5/16X5010
    -Ferrea F2340P= Intake Valve 2080X5/16X5010
    -16 Brand New Bronze guides
-Solid Roller Cam Shaft 262/265 658/256 110 lsa

help me out is it a good deal. what else would i need to run these? and what kind of numbers would i be putting down. with exhaust headers and slp intake. srry im not very good with cams. is this a very aggressive cam or a good daily driver. and once again im sorry if i sound dumb

O yea he is selling for 350

Is a solid roller good for a daily driver?? That cam is for a race car.

    NO.

Do ALL bolt-ons, and then have a cam ground for *your* setup.

unless you are makeing a track monster and you are going to do all the supporting mods this is way to big for street use.

well you Have to do a valve spring upgrade and new pushrods. but most people put in a LS6oil pump and LS2 timing chain while they are down there. I know there are some sponsers who do package deals. so all in all you are looking at $600 minimum and about $750 recomended. Not including install.

Solid roller is just a pain in the ass...for a car that sees street time. Always having to adjust the valves.
That...and that cam is huge. It would require more than just those parts to run...
