I use the Lucas and it works great to protect and clean everything including the intake pistons etc without solvets.I bought a used jeep that was driven slow and the intake was black with thick carbon build up.After 5k miles using the lucas 2 ozs per tankful it looks like brandee new and runs very smooth.Just a word of warning using any good cleaner..........if you have a serious issue with rust or dirt in the fuel system anyplace then add a good product like Lucas you may experiance a fuel system failure like i did.The TA had 25k on it and i dumped about 3 ozs into the tank,it stopped running in about 100 miles, cost was 3600 to get it running again.I would start using any product very slowly and take your time about adding it gradually over 10-15 tankfuls before adding too much.
