Black- 1998 Camaro Z28
Cylinder Head Question
The only number I can find on my cylinder heads is 306. Can anyone help me figure what that means. I don't know any of the history on this engine.
1998 Camaro Z28
Automatic
EDIT more research shows that it should be a 806 and that is the early ls1 head. If anyone else knows something different let me know.
Thanks.Last edited by Teacher Todd; 07-14-2010 at 03:04 PM.

best to ask..is the engine modified ? i have not heard of a 306..so i would assume it is a 806 which is stock. the best way to make sure is look at the bolt pattern like bill said.
