Considering Heads...
Considering my mods in my signature, what would be the best heads for me to get? I really just started thinking about this. How much power is usually gained from heads with the mods I have. Would it be worth it? I am considering the Partiot heads because price is an issue for me right now. I would like to gain the most for the lowest price!

patriot heads are great for people who do not plan on squeezing every little ounce of hp they can. like me, i dont plan on going crazy and trying to get 5billion hp. ive got a 6.0 now and plan on throwing some patriots ls6 heads on in the future. they may not flow the best but they are the best bang for the buck.

no, but it would help to get a dyno tune. with a dyno tune you would be getting everything working in harmony.

you will should see around 30+rwhp/20+rwtq if you go with patriot stage II heads w/the 224 cam you are running...
i put down 409/386 with the same mods minus an U/D pulley, and my 224 being a .581 lift...
those numbers were w/an Ls6 intake. my current numbers are 444/395 after swapping it out for a ported FAST 90/90...
i have patriot stage II heads 1.57"/2.02", 59cc heads. best bang for the buck hands down. i personally saw gains of 36rwhp/24rwtq after getting the heads installed and a retune, which i highly recommend that you get...
car is an M6, btw...

buy directly from Patriot. the price is pretty uniform across the board for those heads. Call and talk to Gunnar...
as for price install, i have no clue, varies from shop to shop...

You can buy from sponsors here.

I agree with the PRC heads. $1300 for ls6 stage 2.5's which is what I have and my car makes 470 at the wheels. The stage 1's are like 1k and will do the same or better than the Patriots and Honestly I think the quality is a bit better and they are larger.
