    99 ta

    car falling on its face

    i have a 99 ta a4 i just put a cam and stall in it last week and now if i try to go threw the gears hard it falls on its face even when i just drive it normal it loses power but somtimes its fine can someone help me out on whats the prob thanks

    Did you have it tuned after the install, if not that could be your problem. Most cams require a tune after they've been installed especiall for an A4

    yea they tuned it with hp tuners i think it could be the stall i dont no

    check all your spark plug wires, making sure all are truly on the spark plugs. You should hear them click in place. I went 3 months thinking my engine was gone, and then I found a loose wire.

    i think it is your tune. even a pro tuner made a mistake on my budys tuning.

    What RPM are we talking about? Personally I would say when you change something and then get a bad reaction it is most likely in the change, but then it could also be something like an O2 sensor those wires run pretty close to things down there.

    Also check dumb stuff like the fuel filter/lines and injector leads...
