    I was wondering can i use the stock Retainers or do i need to go out and buy some new ones for my new springs?

    i reused the stock ones but its really your call

    took me a day to do mine....15hrs straight with a 20min lunch break 7am-10pm(ish) it was a long ass day but 100% worth it

    your in luck, all the gaskets in our motors are reusable (look at the O rings in them very good to be sure they aren't tore or chrushed/dry) and put a skim coat of black RTV on them.
    the head gaskets have to be replaced if you take them off, use MLS gaskets (heads stay on for cam swap though) for header check your stock gaskets and if needed replace them with MLS stock gaskets, not paper gaskets.
    you should replace the oil pickup O ring.

    I just orderd the gasket kit from TSP that they reccomend to use with a cam swap

    this is the kit i used when i did my swap...should be just about everything

    dont forget the oil pump O-Ring...if your swaping that as well

    Well I just got done installing my cam took me a wile but it was worth it, all i need now is to get it tuned and i will post the numbers i hope i will hit 400 hp to the wheels !!

    Well its not quite 400 but its not bad here are the numbers
    387 rwhp and 360 torque so i gained about 45 horse power with the cam and about 20 more torque so over all not to bad.
