    Cam Help

I'm wanting to put a cam in my weekend crusier. Its a 2000 M6, 3.73 gear car, I have an LS6 intake and LT now. I want the power low in the power band, more on the torquey side then huge HP numbers. The car will never see the track as it is a convertible and I don't want to put a cage in it. I want a nice lope also. Whats the cam experts opinon on a comp XER 226/232 109+2 cam. Does this sound like it fits the bill. Thanks for the help.

That sounds just like the cam I want for my car. One question though when talking about the LSA what does the + number mean. I see just like 112 LSA, but then you wrote 109+2?? Thanks

+2 is two degrees advanced so the icl will be 107.

I actually like the dyno sheet on the TR220 over the TR224. That looks like a good choice for me. Thanks

Absolutely no reason to get a 220 or 224 cam over a 228 cam. Unless you just want your car slower.

The 228 is one of my choices. I've been trying to find a dyno sheet on it. Like I said in my first post I want a good torque cam. Good torque across the board. The car is fast enough for me.

After searching forever on google I finally found a dyno sheet on the 228r. I also got in touch with Jason at TSP. I think I just go with the 228 and stop beating myself up. I'd also like to throw a thanks out to KYspeed for contacting me. But seeing how I'm just up the road from TSP, I'd like to stay local. But again thanks.
