    Cam and Head Install

I have a 2000 M6 Camaro SS with 31,000 miles and i am going to do a cam and head install. I have the following parts so far.
LS6 intake and cross over tube
    LS6 Oil Pump
    243 Heads
    Double roller timing chain
    HP tuner
    QTP headers and Y pipe

    Questions:
I want to go with the G5X3 and i do not know what LSA to go with? I am planning on puting a 75-125 shot on as well not decided.
What valves springs and rods do i use?
    What gaskets do i need?
What else am i missing to complete the install?

I will spend the money to buy the good stuff so good parts are recommended.

Thanks in advance for your input

I say get it in the 112 LSA

OP- if you want a smoother idle then get a higher LSA, really depends on the person, everyone has a diff ear for this kinda stuff
