All those are very small cams...you'll get bored and want to bump up. First cam I had was a TR 230/236 592/602 112 LSA and made 398 to the tire. All around great cam, streetable, easy to tune,etc. All around great cam. You will want to get springs, pushrods,etc. when you buy the cam as well.
When you get bored and want to bump up...you can do something like this...
That hit 463 to the tires but was a complete pain in the ass. Broke valve springs, had to bump to 4.30 gears to optimize the powerband,etc.
