    could anyone give me any specs on a mid cam for my car, because i want to put a cam in, but i dont want a loap that sounds like my car is about to kill on me. also could anyone give me any brands that offer what i want.

    New valve springs are a must and hardened pushrods are recommended. Its also a good idea to upgrade the timing chain and oil pump, but not a must.

    X2, and while ur at it, might as well swap all the other stuff out as well since its gonna be comming off anyway. What other mods u have?

    well i asked the question for my friend, because i told him that i put headers on my car, and now he wants to out do me in performance parts...only problem i have is that i gotta block off the tubes for the smog pump and im back rolling again, also i need to delete the codes for the EGR.
