have a 06 LQ4 stock internials. what is best gm head to bolt on for better performance?

Dont exactly know what you are looking for. Im am using L92 heads on my lq9 but still not done building so couldnt tell you any results yet. The L92 heads flow great numbers right out of the box. They have a slightly smaller combustion chamber than a stock lq4/lq9 so you would have a little more compression and flow great numbers. You could also use the ls6 heads to bump the compression even more but as far as i know they dont flow so much cfm.
