Lunati Voodoo-Magic. I like the reviews, and the satistics on the product. I made the mistake of having SLP build my stroker on my 01 ws6, and blew my shit to kingdom come. If I had the chance to start things off like you. I would prob use that cam. Just do your homework..

Lunati has older lobes that are lazy.

I agree with the 224/224. Sounds good, can make pretty good power, and remains very driveable.

I have a TR 230\224 in my car and I love it,very lumpy idle, great driveability and good power across the RPM range.

what LSA are you going with? It won't be too bad if the tune is good, but your tuner will determine ultimately how good drivability will be.

when you put a cam in, generally you lose alittle h.p/tq down low.
with a stick car you just rev it up alittle higher to get out of 1st and so on.

O.K. I have a stick as well, I have a 228/228, .580/.580, 114 LSA runs like a kitten when cruising and put 419 to the rear wheels with S.A.E. of 1.02 so on a perfect condition day I think that equates to like 427

AND the power band is wide kicks hards at just under 4 grand and continues to impress all the way up to 6800. Going to the track Friday for a first try. Lower control arms need changing and the bushings are gone but I should get an idea I will try to remember to post results.

i have a 224, and I think that you would be more satisfied with a 228/228 grind cam w/a 112lsa. that will give you a nice lope at idle and good power numbers. let us know what you end up going with...
