Depends on cam more than heads.
Willing to bet those heads perform fine to 7000.

Cam isn't gonna need to spin that high though.

Won't loose much...will probably drop off after about 6400 though....
    Just a guess though.
Make sure you get a very solid valvetrain. Morel lifters, good springs, etc...

mark458,,,to be honest you really picked a cam that is not going to use the full potential of the heads you picked.
Your going to have alot of power starting around 2700rpm but I don't see that cam making power past 6300rpm.

People with the TSP V2 peak at 6500rpm in most cases.

Yes your heads can handle 7000rpm ,but the cam you picked cannot.
Ether way it will be a fun ride with the power your going to be making down low.

Also what intake and TB are you going with??

If your FAST 92mm intake hasn't been ported I would have it done,,,,word on the streets are that you can pickup atleast an extra 10hp or more.

Also if you don't have a TB yet I would look for a PTM TB because the FAST TB are known for the blade sticking agianst the housing.

The reason we dont think the head will flow all the way to 7k is because its stroked out to 383. 11:1 compression.

You need to get the cam spec'd for the entire combo - I would call Comp and get a custom grind - especially if you go solid... Is it an automatic? What convertor? Street car or race only? What's it weigh? What gear are you running?

I'm not sure what kind of porting tool that is used on the plastic intakes ,but I know there are alot of people that do it,,,Vengeance racing ports the FAST intakes and Patrick G ports them also.

My FAST was already ported when I bought it.

Also if I was you I wouldn't be trying to chase a MAX RPM especially 7k,,,because you'll have to have atleast a 239/247 or larger cam.

Also if your heads had Titanium valves then revving to 7krpm would be easier.

while i agree with you on the ptm tb..the fast TBs 92 and 102s fixed that issue...the 90 TBs were the issue

I would stay away from a solid with that usage... For a 383 with that compression, if you want a shelf cam, I would go with the Texas Speed Magic Stick 3 - 237/242 .603/.609" or, go with a custom grind from Patrick G or directly from Comp...
