any one have the GM hot cam kit for LS1
anyone? how do you like it? is it worth the money? good power?

I got a buddy who has one in a Z and it is not a real good sounding cam. It is real quite and it barely has a lope to it. Wouldn't waste my money on it. I would go with a bigger cam. Just my opinion. The one in my sig is a good cam with sound and power. May be a little big for most people, but I want to be greedy.

i need to get a cam kit, thats why i asked you guys, what is a good cam kit i have decided to have my engine rebuilt, and if i do it this way i will save on parts and labor hours. any suggestions?

I have a GM hot cam in my SS and I love it. It isn't the loudest sounding cam in the world but it still sounds really good, it sounded really mean before I had my tune done. After that it calmed down some. But it has helped my top end out a lot.
