TREX is a pretty radical cam if you looking for a good DD cam with a nice lope go for something in the mid 220's range like a 224/224 228/228 or check out the new eps cams from engine power systems they make great power and are easy on the valve train. btw are you auto or stick

You said stock car.... Meaning no long tube headers...

What does your car have done? Because for pretty much anything bigger than i have posted your gonna need supporting mods... LT, Full exhuast, ect.

if its an auto dont do the cam before a stall an ls1 car will be a dog down low without a stall converter. they say the cheatr cam can be run on the stock stall but honestly why would u? A stall is cheaper than a cam and it will cut your track times down by .7 seconds. do both at the same time or do the stall first youlll be glad you did.
