6.0 iron block overbore allowable
Tell me about the 6.0 iron block cylinder wall thickness. Is an .030 overbore acceptable for 575 horse combination? [Carburetor, no power adders]

No power adder, Yea. You probably will not have enugh left later on down the road for a clean up though. Plenty of people bore .030 over. If you want to go larger, for some reason, check into sonic block testing. Thats the olny way to tell if you can go more.
