    back to the original goal.........if you already built the bottom end and you plan to at some point put some FI setup in it, remember that not only are you going to want to change the cam, but also you should change the pistons out to lower your compression ratio...........fwiw. Good luck, if your project happens, you will have a rocket on your hands.............

    If I had a stock LS1 Camaro Z28 what kind of camshaft and headers would yall recommend for a good amount of torgue gain?

    torquer v2......Dont know bout heads......but I got 400 rwtrque with cam only swap on ls1 intake.......thats with a stalled auto.....Ive seen guys go cam only with torquer v2 with 400 rwhp in a 6spd......awsome cam....get heads to matchj and u will be set

    3200 stall converter, then a cam that matches the stall. so you should be ok in tq dept.
    now for acceleration do gears swap, if you have A4 u go 3.23 or 2.73 (stock) to 3.73 gears.. if u got M6 you swap to 4.10 gears...

    Well, it's done for now. I went ahead and dropped the motor in as-is unil I can get the cash to finish it. I think I'm just going to go with a supercharger set-up and be done with it. I'll probably change the piston's too, And swap the heads and cam (again!) She fired right up on the first try (thank you hinson!) I'll try and get some pics next time I'm at the garage. Won't be there for a few weeks, and it's an hour and a half away from where I live.
