Damn thats still pretty bad but from the looks of that crash, it seems like a lot worse could have been done.

man, did i own some not-sporty-cars before i got the ss.

    first car, 1989 ford tempo.

traded the tempo for a 1993 grand am GT

    then i bought a 1979 suburban

the rebuilt trans gave up the ghost on the grand am (along with the ABS, heater core and other things) so i bought the camaro and used the suburban as my daily driver. i sold the burban because of severe body rot and bought a 1999 nissan frontier

my wife started to pop out babies, so i sold the pickup and bought a 1996 camry
which still remains as my DD for the winter and rainy summer days.

    ghettosled -------> funny as hell.

Ryans99LS1 no to both questions, I babied the Evo.
With the modifications I had, 260 to 270 awhp was typical.
Stock 2005 EvoVIIIs have about 225 to 230 awhp.

Ahh yeah thats how i was with my stang, i rarely ever ran that thing. An Evo or an Sti are the only imports i really like.

Hey ghettosled, where are you really from? You've gotta be somewhat close to parma/parma heights if you say cleveland..

I always baby my cars and I'm not much of an import fan either.

I sold the Evo because I needed another truck. After I sold it, I started
having a need for speed, so I got a good deal on the Formula.

    If I was to get another car, it would be a WS6, SS, C5 Z06, C6 or C6 Z06.
I just love those LSX powered cars.

I actually go to the Quaker steak and lube in valley view during summer. Ive never been to the one in sheffield. But im down for meeting up where ever there are nice cars! hah. We should definitely meet up once spring comes and those meets start again.

And bearcat, who wouldnt want a C6 Z06 or any of those for that matter haha. Once youve owned and lsx powered car, there is no going back. Nothing like the raw N/A power that comes from them.. Uh minus the LS9 ha.

My girlfriend's (now wife's) parents owned a car lot, so I traded every time I got a wild hair when I was younger. Here it goes.

#1 88 Cavalier (Really nice car until a drunk asshole ran me over...)

#2 93 Lazer (Kind of a turd, but they let me have it for what little I got out of
the insurance on the Cavi. It was the first car I went parking in
too, so it holds it's little spot in my heart, lol. I only had it about a
month before trading it for #3)

#3 94 Probe (This was probably my second nicest car. Two of the three trucks
I've had were nicer. It was mildly quick and I got around 35mpg.
I really miss that with my current DD.)

#4 95 Firebird (My first F-body. It was a little beat up and had about 130k on it
when I got it. I traded the Probe straight up though and I had
wanted one my whole life, so it was all good. My grandmother and
my dad about kicked my ass over that one.)

#5 99 S10 Xtreme (I was kind of pressured into this one, but it was a great truck
none the less...as long as you could get around the "2.2L of no
balls" problem. With the family being pissed about the Firebird
deal, I agreed to get rid of it for a truck. This was one of the
nicer looking trucks I had seen at the time...ss hood, sport-side
tonneau, so I jumped on it. The mileage was great on this one
too, but when the T/A showed up, it was goodbye time.)

    #6 98 T/A (Never getting rid of...)

#7 98 Frontier (This was a great truck. I ran it until it turned over 300K. Not one
problem when I pawned it off on my wife when I bought the new
truck. She got ansy about the miles and traded it later, but it
still ran like new at that point too.)

...Not sure if #8 really counts.
#8 00 Nubira (I got to the point where I wanted a full size pickup. The woman
had a Daewoo that she was sick of hitting deer in. It was a tank
and I dont think had one ding after hitting like 4 deer "and a
shopping cart at Wal Mart for the hell of it," but at that point,
she was convinced it was cursed or something. I ended up
signing the Frontier over to her, with her giving me the Nubira to
    trade toward my current truck.)

#9 Titan SE 4X4 (I tried out the big 3 and the Titan and it was overall, the best
full-sized truck out at the time. The new Tundra may be a little
better now, but I think its fugly. I liked the Silv. SS too, but it
was way too much for near equal performance. Titan turned
out to be a good choice too because it's a horse and took a hell
of a shot for me. Some dumb woman ran a stop sign and
t-boned me right under the driver door at about 40mph. After a
lot of suspension replacement, and some body work, the truck
was good as new. No frame or permanent damage and a clean
title. I was even able to pull the truck off the side of the hill and
chase her down after she tried to flee the scene. I was able to
drive it 40 miles to the dealer to get fixed and I didn't die..All in
    all, pretty impressive, I think.)

Anyway, sorry that was so long. Just my little trip down memory lane.

Bearcat, i honestly dont even think i can imagine how fast it will be or how it feel to be in passenger when that peddle is to the floor!

Levilz, I had a 95 probe gt and man did i love that car, there was just something about it. It was a pretty quick car for being one of the smallest v6s out there
