    Trans am or Camaro

    Hi everyone,

Noob here and am going to get my first F-body, a little confused about whether a camaro or a Trans am , personally I like the Trans am's shape and styling, but after looking at some of the camaro's in this forum... having second thoughts but I still think a nice full black sharp Trans am would be a winner any day.would like to get your suggestions on what could deliver a better performance - given the same mods.

    Thanks
    Muree

Don't try to make your decision based on performance, get what you like better. Sounds like that would be a black on black T/A

They have the same engine and drivetrain, and wieght difference in negligible. So go with which one you like the looks of better.

Black on Black WS6 TA is one of the sexiest cars around and is what I dream of, but remember that black is a BITCH to clean and maintain. I also think TA's go for a little more money than Camaro's, but I havn't looked at prices in a while so I don't know if thats still true. I know from the factory TA's cost more...

But good luck, hope you find your dream car.

Yup... The T/A is much more aggressive looking. And, black on black with tinted windows...oh yeah.
