    Same with our Suburban -- still has a warranty. It is in desparate need of at least a Magnaflow catback.

    I did that. Sorta. Replaced the stock muffler with a Magnaflow and removed the resonator.
    Shouldn't effect anything....I did talk to the dealer about it. Even had some minor warranty work done since.

    The dealer has to be able prove that any modifications you did to the vehicle caused a certain failure you try to have fixed under warranty.
