voodoo blue- 2008 Holden VE ssv
My VE ssv
Heya guys this is my ve, had it for about a year and half now bought it brand new, i work at a holden dealership got a pretty nice discount!
6L 6 speed manual, got pretty bored with the standard look, exhaust and power. few weeks after owning it ditched the wing and fitted SSSL king springs and lowered shocks in the rear and SSL's in the front.. fitted Hurricane headers and twin 3" system.. got tired of the power once again after a couple of months, fitted a 228 234 112 camtech cam and gearset, bigger springs and the OTR intake, it made 314 rwkw's
bought the 22's 235/30's second hand pretty cheap, it looked insane but handled very poorly and trying to control it when on the gas and playing silly buggers wasn't too much fun, sold them and back to the standard 19's.
next on the list is probably some 3.7's or 4.11's then its off to the track again, best 1/4 was a 12.8.. clutch and tyres were letting me down.

Very nice car you have. I have been a fan of Holden since I read about the Monaros/Commodores.

i took the wing off because simply it looks better without it, and all commodores here except the base stock 6cyl "omega" have spoilers so its pretty annoying seeing almost all of these with wings on.. and the standard holden badges look crap also so ditched em!
and the headers are standard that colour! worked in my favor!

I agree Cookie about the spoiler. I took my wing off and installed a carbon lip spoiler to give it that mean HSV look. I am happy.
