My new Ws6, Only 33k miles, Paid only 6k!
So i figured i would share some pictures of my new ws6, I live over on the big island of Hawaii. And the car was for sell on Oahu. So i had to fly over and take a look. I couldn't believe my eyes when i found a 2001 WS6 with only 33k miles for only 6k, Only problems i know of so far. Was the light was making loud noises when it was closed. Witch fixed buy turning the gear, And passenger window did not work. But did the thermal mod and also fixed it for free as well, Also has a small exhaust leak, Ill be looking to trace it down this weekend. And will probably need a paint job. Clear coat seems to of small bubbles in it at places.
Has a killer stereo system in it as well. And full exhaust starting with pacesetter heads. and the corvette rims. and more.

Thanks all. Im really excited. And luckfully i live up high, Where it is nice in safe in Hawaii lol. I'm just thankfully the boat i had it shipped over in came two days before the tsunami and i got my car from the docks already lol, And this is actually my third one. I have had bad luck with these cars. "well more less maybes bad luck with women" And a bit of stupidity on my side. But i had an 01 ws6 before that an ex wrecked. Then a 98 trans am that she stole. So this one no one touches lol

Bat mobile black- 2000 Trans am WS6 M6
very nice i like it a lot. I can bet your exhaust leak is at the headers, check the bolts with your fingers and you might be able to find a loose one, if you cant then im sure a few are loose in the back of the headers. Thats how it was on mine when i bought it.

Nope clear title, never been in a accident. Bought from second owner. Also has a 3500 stall converter in it. Witch i'm not sure i like yet. Also has 315 rear tires, Only one thing that worried me the tinniest bit is i guess the original owner had juice hooked up to it at one time. And the only reason i know this is because there are still switches still under the stereo and a twisted insanity controller there as well, But both are not hooked up at all so. Was thinking about getting rid of the controller, but would have to change out the center council plastic, because it was altered and added to to give it the custom look to hold the controller. Also just put it on jack stands now. And im guessing it has after market shocks? at least on the front. Haven't got to look at the back yet. But they are Red. And have a V on them, And an adjustable switch on them?

Actuly. I took a couple shoots. I was under the car. And its been a long time. Now im just curious. Because its been years since i been under one of these cars, but this is not stuck right the shocks? also almost looks like there was support put in to the chassi? or is this just stock? I don't have a clue.

Nice buy bro! Yup those are kyb agx 8 way adjustable shocks, I got the same ones on my SS. the 'V' is actually just an indicator for the number setting they are on.

Black/Screaming Yellow- 99 S/C TA WS6 & 04 Cobra
It has aftermarket springs that appear to be BMR, BMR subframe connectors, BMR tubular LCA's with LCA relocation brackets, and a TA girdle diff. cover. Damn good find dude! Also don't worry about the differential cover. They always look like that. A little bit that fluid goes a long way trust me. Mine looks worse than that and it is always right near full when I check it. Those things just leak naturally.
That stall should be nice! Also I wonder if he had the stock gears in it still? If he had juice on it I would be willing to bet he had a colder plug in it for the n2o. I would change the spark plugs to a NGK TR55(gapped at .50) if you plan on keeping it off nitrous or a TR6 (gapped at .35) if you decide to get a nitrous kit.Last edited by Packy; 03-13-2011 at 08:59 AM.

Damn you know your stuff. Thanks for the help. Ill check the plugs latter today. But i plan on keeping it off nitrous. Though i have been thinking about putting heads and a cam on her, Just got to do a bit more research, because i don't have a clue on what size cam to put in.
And i pulled a plug. And it is the NGK TR6, So guess ill swap them out. Thanks again for the help. Would of never thought of that.Last edited by FlipediS; 03-13-2011 at 10:46 AM. Reason: pulled plug....
