My 2001 formula ran 12.22 @110 with bolt ons
The car has no headers, just a 3.23 with a vigilante 3600 stall. Thought you guys would like to know the converter works..Probably needs a 3.73 for around town.

3.73's would help your quarter mile time.
Nice run though. Time to dip into the 11's now.

Isn't 110 a really low trap speed to be clocking 12.22? I remember running a 13.02 at 108. What are you running for tires and what did you run before the converter? I just put a Vilgiante 3000 and kooks lt in mine. Curious about what to expect at my next trip to the track.

I know you can't compare one car to another but mine is also an auto running nearly a second slower but only 2mph lower trap.
What make you say autos trap slower.

How hard is it to figure out that he had an auto? Never seen a manual with a 3200 converter.

12.22 @110 with bolt ons and 3600 converter update.
Sorry I'm late in responding, the car 60 footed at 1.64 and I'm using M/T E.T. Street drag radial tires. I come off the line at 1800 and the car shifts at 5900-6000. Air was good at Maple Grove. Since then I've run a 12.21 with the spare tire still in the trunk. I need 3.73s so the car is more streetable. You can guess I'm very pleased with the performance. Lookng for 11s.
Thinking of headers. What do you think?

Why launch at 1800 with a 3600 stall with ET streets???? Do you normally trap at 110. It just seems low to be running low 12's. Yes i would definately recommend headers.
