Installed a 2 step this weekend

While I am waiting for my 9" it was time to get some stuff done that I had laying around my house to go in. The msd box install was extremely easy. I would recommend it to anyone drag racing a 6 speed car.

Details and/or pics on the 2 step install please? I have looked at these before and they are a bit pricey -- I think around $274 at Summit.

I got mine for under 200 shipped do a google search for msd 8733 2 step and click on the shopping tab at the top but install was easy.

First you gotta take off the plastic peices under the steering wheel to get to the wiring underneath.
I drilled the hole in the firewall that you had in that other thread (that propelled the install. It was sitting in my house for a few months)
Ran the wire through with a coat hanger
Tapped it into to lower clutch control switch which is a purple and white wire on the 2 prong connector above the pedal. This gives the box power only when the clutch is pushed in.
Hooked it up to the ground on the 2 step box. It gives you 2 options, ground or 12v when you want the box to activate.
Plugged it into the coil packs and I was good to go.

I can take some pics when I get home from work.
