COTM change for January

Y2KPewterSS actually came up with this idea which started as KJ's idea and I liked it so I think I'll give it a try for next month. I wanted to get some input from you guys and see what you think.

Instead of creating a thread and having people post to the thread with their pics I'm gonna have people PM me their pictures and I'll post them without a name. That should help with the popularity contest side of it a little bit. Keep in mind there is no way to keep people from knowing who's car belongs to who but this should at least help a little bit. Thoughts?

it also lets me reject for size before the picture gets posted. Just an all around good idea I think. KJ actually came up with the "no names" idea and y2k added the PM feature. Won't hurt to try it for a month or two. I'm also gonna sticky some COTM and COTY rules soon. Just have to iron them out although I'm sure they'll change from time to time until we get something that works for the majority.

I have an idea, since my pictures suck so badly, if you are willing to drive this way or meet halfway Curtis, we can put my wheels on your car for a few pics and then you can also take my pics for me and we enter seperate months. I am not entering anymore photos I take
