Glad you asked!
56k original miles - Completly Original
Runs Perfetcly and recently got a complete tune-up.
Changed all the fluids in the car.
Much of the metal on the car was replaced with stainless steel. (Guy that owned it before me owned a metal working shop)
All of the weatherstripping has been replaced and the tires are brand new (also repainted the rims black when I changed the tires.)
The rimwells have been coated in rhino lining (truck bed liner) ... I'm not quite sure how that helps anything... but cool nonetheless
Also I have all the paperwork from the original receipt, to the owners manual, emmisions pamplet, The "Owners Workshop Manual", to receipts from probably most everything that's been done to the car.
...I think thats it...

Funny you should asked... Originally yes it was yellow, but when I got it... it had 4 differant layers of paint on it. (The Original Yellow, Brown, Black, and back to Brown (top layer)) Can You imagine how much it would suck to strip the paint of that? (fiberglass)
They stripped it down to the fiberglass, threw a little bondo on it, primer and shot it. It honestly just looks gorgeous, the picture doesnt do it justice.
And yes, my LS1 is quite a bit quicker than the 'vette :P

yea thats the only thing that sucks about those vettes they had like less than 250 horses and can be beat by a stock civic Si, but like i said they are nice for just tooling around in
