After seeing it in person this past weekend, I can say that this is just a great build with incredible results. The damn thing sounds like someone kicked Godzilla in the nuts when you fire it off. Very, very impressive. Thanks for the much appreciated "stall demonstration".

The intake was just over 400 shipped.
You cannot use the stock tb. The intake is a 90mm opening. I used the matching edelbrock TB.

Its a high R' intake. I think the ls6 actually flowed better below 3k rpms. This thing along with my cam screams to high hell!

How's your crazy build going, I have been lurking your threads.

Moving right along.. Got some more goodies in the mail yet, but pretty near there.. Fuel system near ready too.. Trany delays but all is good there too.. hang ups are exhaust manifolds, pita to find new so custom headers may have to be made. But all in all going well. Few more things to wash and paint in the cradle, all easy stuff really.. Oh and finish machining the upper ram intake..

    Do tell more?

I need to figure out how to get colder air into the intake. Right now it grabs it from the engine bay and at idle it gets way too hot. While driving its a lot better. I was going to go with the good old intercooler pipe kit and fab something but im not to keen on that.

I have some teasers posted .

But on the other, you may have to come up with one as you suggested.. I really can't see any other way how you'd get cold air unless you cut the hood..
