****Car of the Month thread****

I'm going to try a car of the month starting in Sept. It'll probably be a work in progress until I figure out the best/easiest/most fair way to do it. Don't be surprised if things change along the way but I'll make sure to keep the rules of the contest updated. I just want to start it out and figure it out as I go and if you have any suggestions please feel free to PM them to me. Please keep this thread limited to just car pics only with no chatter in this particular thread. Here's what I have so far.

Each month I'll have the mods vote on 3 cars to put up to a vote.
I'll then start a poll with the 3 chosen and let the members of the site vote for the car of the month.
That car will then be stickied at the top of the "rides" section with as many pictures as the owner would like to put up and a story to go along with the car such as how/when they bought it, mods, e.t.'s and things like that.

This will be a short nomination and voting process this month just to get the ball rolling and find out if there's any interest in doing this. Again, any and all suggestions are welcomed by way of PM. Please keep this thread solely for pictures or start a new thread with suggestions. Thanks.

I would like to have Ed and the Mod's also be eligible because everyone on this site loves their car so I see no reason to exclude anyone from this.

For the month of Sept. here's the timeframe
Submissions until August 12th
Mods pick top 3 by August 15th
member voting open until August 26th
member page created and posted on Sept 1.
