MPG
Looking into a 1999 3.8L m5 Camaro. Any idea on what kind of gas mileage I would be running into with it?

shit.....u get better MPG with a 6spd. Ls1, my mom has a 2000 boneville, same engine the 3800 and it gets around 14-16 in the city and 20-22 on the highway, there not great with gas.....just noticed u have the m5 tho overread that.....not sure then my moms is auto....cant say for the m5 they claim 18/28 tho i believe, same as the ls1

a friend with an ls1 gets better gas mileage then i did before i started the swap from a v6 to a v8. i was getting bout 16 city 22 highway. he was getting 22 and 28.

thats what he was getting. i mean ill guess ill see once my swap is done. though his was stock and mine isn't.

my 98 a4 only gets an average of about 17mpg

red- 2001 v6 camaro
01 3.8 here and i get about 22 in the city and upwards of 30 on the highway.
