    Smile Hi Everyone

    I am Tim from Knoxville,TN. Lots of my friends are on here so I thought I would join up. I own a 1999 Firebird with a list of mods if anyone wants to see. The closest 1/4 track is Bristol, and my car hasnt been there yet, so I dont have any times.....yet. I joined up here so that I may learn from other V-6 owners and also maybe share some of my own experience, especially since some of it has been expensive trial and error . -Tim

    Here is the begining list.....
    17X10 wheels on all 4 corners wrapped with
    285/40R17 and 315/35R17 to help with traction issues, then removed the catalytic converter, and replaced the rest of the pipe with 3" to dual 2.5" outlets utilizing a 3" I/O Summit Glasspack, Replaced the stock clutch with a crappy Centerforce Dual friction, Replaced the WC T-5 for a race built T-5 with stronger internals, Police Brake Pads, Air Silencer Delete, K&N, Ported and Polished Throttle Body, PCM tune consisting of, EGR coding delete, Speed limiter delete, Speedo calibration, Timing Advance, Downstream O2 Sensor Coding delete, and increased injector cycle below 2500rpm as it was very lean on the dynomometer.

    This winter,
    Custom Hybrid Clutch disc, resuface flywheel/pressure plate
    30# Injectors
    New doors due to a previous accident,
    Full Paint
    Rebuild calipers up front
    Run on a Dynomometer

    Upcoming Spring,

    Hot Cam (.536 lift)113 lsa
    105# springs
    titanuim 10* to lock retainers
    port the heads


    I am also playing with an idea I have to build a Custom Nitrous System....
