You should, but what about the sway-bars, did you up-grade those?
IMO, I'd install a set of Strano hollow sway-bars on it.

I suggest away bar end links and bushings if you haven't looked them over. Nice improvement for cheap.

The problem with suspension mods is that you are never done. There is always something new or better coming out on the market. Then you change your priorities and you car goes from a DD to an all out SCCA monster. That's the fun of our hobby.

You need to replace the stock sway bars with the solid thicker diameter units that BMR sells (they come with the poly bushings), that will make a tremendous difference in the way the vehicle corners, there will be far less to no vehicle dip, and no drift into the corners @ higher speeds.

Did you adjust your torque arm to reset the pinion angle from lowering the car?

The pinion angle should be set anywhere from 0 degrees to -2 degrees using a angle finder.

My stock height vehicles (Sara) pinion angle was set to 0 degrees 11 years ago, I have had no issues at all with the rearend.

For reference, I have Strano springs which are very similar to the BMR springs in how much they lower. I found my pinion angle to change once I installed my lowering springs and shocks. I re-adjusted it to -2 degrees and have not had any issues to date.

Unfortunately, the stock torque arm is not adjustable. Let us know what you determine on what angle yours is currently at.
