    What should I get next?

So I might be selling my 96 Camaro and I want to use the money from that to put towards the SS.

Current mods are in signature. I definitely want to get a DS safety loop, but does anyone else have any other recommendations?

Front and rear sway bars was my thinking?

I hopefully will have about $750 total to spend. It doesn't necessary have to be suspension mods, but couldn't think of anything else really so I'm open to any ideas.

    It's on jackstands.

Oh I am definitely ready for more power trust me I still haven't decided on Procharger or H/C/I. If I go with Procharger, I'll probably run 8psi on the stock motor. I know the FAST intakes don't like FI.

Unless I missed it somehow, I didn't see any mention of a torque arm. Thats where I would go instead of sway bars.

I have a TA (BMR Trak Pak) already, however since lowered the cross-member for the TA now hits on speed bumps. Will the front upper and lower A-arms help more than sways? Car is basically being built to be a street warrior, but will see some track time. Other thought was maybe a set of MT on some used rims for track use since I can't really make use of the 9" with the Nitto's.

Add the TA to your sig then

I would do the sways ahead of A-arms, unless your A-arms are in need of replacing. The advantages of A-arms are being adjustable for auto-x and some weight savings, but a lot of the aftermarket A-arms are not as durable as the factory ones.

Some MTs would be a really good idea IMO. Those Nittos are not giving you the best traction, especially since you have a real rearend that can handle the abuse.

I can probably cut about .5 secs off my 1/4 mile with MT's. Current best 60' is 1.906 with the Nitto's. Only downfall is I will only enjoy them like 6-12 times a year

if you want to focus more on drag keep the stock sway bar and just take it off when you go to the strip. adj. lower A arms will save weight plus they can help with alignment when the car is lowered (if that's an issue)

Sheezus crimeny make it faster already
sway bars are a definite sotp improvement in the corners.
A watts link would be nice if you care to corner carve
I thought I read you couldn't use a driveshaft safety loop on lowered cars?

I say bolt on some ol' N2O on that bad boy! $750 is about the right amount for it. On the flip side you will need a tune as well so theres another $600 give or take.

I am not sure if that's true or not on lowered cars. I do have the upgraded yoke and DS already...but I still like to be as safe as possible. I think the only one I saw that worked well with my current set-up was the Lakewood unit. I don't think the UMI or BMR one works b/c of my TA and DS size. Clearance is an issue.

NOS....hmmm. Not a huge fan, but...not totally against it.

I have the Lakewood one... I wasnít a fan of nitrous either until I found out that most if not all of the horror stories are from people not getting the proper tune with it. As long as you get the right tune with it then itís just as safe as anything else. Itís definitely the best bang for your buck out there!
